Whether you are a newbie at working out or life happens and you don’t have the time or money to hit up the gym, these seven lazy girl workouts are going to help you get in shape!
These lazy girl workouts can all be done without leaving your home and are great for travel as well if the hotel you stay at doesn’t have a gym. Another plus is most of these exercises can be done using your body weight as resistance, no need to spend money on fancy work out equipment. A couple workouts do require dumbbells, but if money is tight you could just substitute soup cans in the place of weights.
Even though these are “lazy girl” workouts, you are definitely not lazy if you are doing any form of exercise. These workouts are great if don’t feel like doing a long workout or if you are overwhelmed starting and don’t know where to begin. We all have to start somewhere and you can build up gradually until you get to your desired fitness and weight goals!

This is a great beginner workout that you can do anywhere with no work out equipment.
This workout consists of basic moves, but for beginners if you aren’t sure how to do a move or need to modify the move based on your fitness level, I recommend doing a quick search on YouTube. For example search “modified squat jump”.
From Super Sister Fitness
If injury (or pure dread) prevent you from doing squats, don’t worry you can still tone your butt and thighs! Best of all these moves can be done on the floor during a commercial break. Be sure to watch her video breaking down all the moves for proper form!
