I’m looking basically everything especially designed for weightloss. My only problem is i dont like avocado or cucumbers.
Hi Ruth. For many Mexican keto dishes that don’t revolve around avocados, I would just omit them from the recipe. Like say it was a Mexican omelette with salsa, meat, cheese, sour cream and avocados. I’m not quite sure a suitable replacement in those recipes because avocados are so unique. For the cucumbers, try to replace them with a vegetable you like. Bell peppers have the same crunch and celery does too. Here is my post https://www.savvyhoney.com/80-easy-keto-recipes-for-your-ketogenic-diet/ You’ll find some recipes in the post don’t have those ingredients and if they do you could omit them or make a substitution. Good luck!
