Frozen Yogurt Bark With Chocolate & Berries

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 6 hours
Servings 1 Tray

  • parchment paper
  • 9x13 tray

  • 3 cups 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup strawberries
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • cup chocolate chips (optional, see notes)

  • Combine yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. You can use more or less honey depending on how sweet you want it.
  • Place parchment paper on a 9x13 baking sheet and spread the yogurt out evenly.
  • Place berries on top of the yogurt layer.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or mug. Microwave on high in 30-second increments until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Drizzle chocolate on top of the yogurt and berries and place in the freezer.
  • Remove after 6 hours, cut, and serve.

If you're avoiding refined sugar, you can always skip the chocolate drizzle on top. The bark is still plenty sweet from the honey and fruit.
Another option is you could melt a tiny bit of unsweetened dark chocolate or use chocolate that uses other sweeteners besides sugar. Lily's chocolate would work.
