This easy beef noodle casserole layers seasoned ground beef, sour cream, creamy noodles, and melted cheese for a cheap dinner that'll feed your entire family. It's kid-friendly too!

Ingredients
1lbground beef
1tbsp italian seasoning
1tbspgarlic powder
1tspTony's seasoning
1tspminced onion
1smalloniondiced
29oz cantomato sauce
1cupwater
½tspsugar
8ozcream cheesesoftened
16ozsour cream
16ozwide egg noodles
8ozcolby jack cheese shredded
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Dice the onion.
Boil the noodles in a large pot until al dente.
In a large skillet, add the ground beef, seasonings, and onion, then cook, breaking the meat up as it cooks, until no longer pink.
Add in the tomato sauce, water, and sugar, stir.
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream together. Add the noodles and toss to coat.
Add ⅓ of the meaty sauce mixture to the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Top with half the noodles, then sprinkle half the cheese over the top.
Add another third of the meaty sauce over the top, then the rest of the noodles. Spread the rest of the meaty sauce over the top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
