Candy Cane Charcuterie Board
This candy cane charcuterie board pairs fruit, cheese, and sweets for a festive Christmas appetizer.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup white candy-coated chocolates (or white chocolate-covered almonds)
- 1 pomegranate cut into wedges
- 1 cup blue cheese cut into cubes
- ⅔ cup red jelly candies (or any red candies)
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 package Laughing Cow Original cheese wedges (8 wedges)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Arrange the strawberries at the top of the serving board, followed by the white candy-coated chocolates.
Add the pomegranate wedges, then arrange the cubed blue cheese beneath them.
Continue the pattern with the red jelly candies, followed by the mozzarella pearls.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes, then finish the bottom section with the Laughing Cow cheese wedges.
Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs between each section to create a festive garland effect.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
