Candy Cane Charcuterie Board

This candy cane charcuterie board pairs fruit, cheese, and sweets for a festive Christmas appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup white candy-coated chocolates (or white chocolate-covered almonds)
  • 1 pomegranate cut into wedges
  • 1 cup blue cheese cut into cubes
  • cup red jelly candies (or any red candies)
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 package Laughing Cow Original cheese wedges (8 wedges)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Arrange the strawberries at the top of the serving board, followed by the white candy-coated chocolates.
  • Add the pomegranate wedges, then arrange the cubed blue cheese beneath them.
  • Continue the pattern with the red jelly candies, followed by the mozzarella pearls.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes, then finish the bottom section with the Laughing Cow cheese wedges.
  • Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs between each section to create a festive garland effect.
  • Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
