Candy Cane Charcuterie Board
This candy cane charcuterie board pairs fruit, cheese, and sweets for a festive Christmas appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup white candy-coated chocolates (or white chocolate-covered almonds)
- 1 pomegranate cut into wedges
- 1 cup blue cheese cut into cubes
- ⅔ cup red jelly candies (or any red candies)
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 package Laughing Cow Original cheese wedges (8 wedges)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange the strawberries at the top of the serving board, followed by the white candy-coated chocolates.
- Add the pomegranate wedges, then arrange the cubed blue cheese beneath them.
- Continue the pattern with the red jelly candies, followed by the mozzarella pearls.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes, then finish the bottom section with the Laughing Cow cheese wedges.
- Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs between each section to create a festive garland effect.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
