Flag Icebox Cake with Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3.6 oz Instant french vanilla pudding mix box
  • 4-5 Bananas sliced
  • 1 box Vanilla wafer cookies
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups Strawberries

Instructions

  • Mix pudding mix with milk according to package directions. Let the mixture set for 5 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the condensed milk.
  •  Add cream cheese mixture to the instant pudding.
  • Cover the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish in a layer of cookies.
  • Pour half of the pudding mixture on top of the cookie layer.
  • Slice bananas and layer half of them on top of the pudding mixture.
  • Top with ½ the Cool Whip. Repeat layers, starting with the cookies and ending with the layer of Cool Whip.
  • Add blueberries and sliced strawberries on top to resemble an American flag. Refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve.
