Combine yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. You can use more or less honey depending on how sweet you want it.
Place parchment paper on a 9x13 baking sheet and spread the yogurt out evenly.
Place berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or mug. Microwave on high in 30-second increments until the chocolate is completely melted.
Drizzle chocolate on top of the yogurt and berries and place in the freezer.
Remove after 6 hours, cut, and serve.
