Ingredients

  • 12.4 oz package Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with icing (8 count package)
  • 8 pretzel twists
  • 26 mini chocolate chips
  • 12 mini M&Ms 3 each of the same colors we used red, green, blue, and yellow
  • orange cookie icing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut out about ¼ inch on the outer cinnamon roll, leaving a smaller circle for the head.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cinnamon rolls on it. You’ll set a smaller one for the head, and one for the body directly below it, touching the head. Space them a couple of inches apart.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes, until done. Allow to cool completely.
  • Using the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls, frost the snowmen.
  • Stick one pretzel into each side of the “body”.
  • Arrange 5 mini chocolate chips towards the bottom of the “head” for the mouth.
  • Squeeze the cookie icing out in the center above the mouth to make the carrot nose.
  • Arrange 2 mini chocolate chips for the eyes.
  • Line the Mini M&Ms “buttons” down the body of the snowman.

Notes

You can use different refrigerated cinnamon rolls. You would just possibly cut them differently to make the head smaller.
