Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface.
Melt the green chocolate melts in a microwave safe bowl in 15-30 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour the melted green chocolate in a tall cup.
Tilt the cup a little bit and dip the pretzel sticks in the cup one at a time. Make sure to scrape off any excess chocolate on the cup and then place the pretzels on the sheet of parchment paper. Let them sit for 10 minutes to dry.
Melt the black chocolate melts according to the instructions above. Pour the chocolate into a new or clean cup and be sure not to tilt the cup.
Dip the pretzels in the chocolate and scrape off the excess chocolate.
Lay the pretzel back on the same sheet of parchment paper. Let the chocolate harden for about 6 minutes
Melt the white chocolate and put it in a piping bag. Cut a small hole in the bag. Pipe one or two lines on the black portion of the pretzel to make the hair.
Using the white chocolate, place two dots below the hair and put an eyeball sprinkle on each dot. Allow the chocolate to dry.
Melt and bag the red chocolate the same as the white chocolate.
Pipe a tiny heart or triangle shape under the eyes to be the bride’s lips.
Optional: Reheat the remaining black chocolate. Place it in a piping bag and pipe small stitch scars on the bride pretzels. Then let them dry.
