Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mint white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
Arrange three mini pretzel sticks on the baking sheet in a triangle shape.

Spoon the melted white chocolate inside the triangle, making sure the pretzels touch, and the chocolate connects them.
Top with Christmas sprinkles.
