Easy Mini Waffle Sandwich Ingredients
You only need four ingredients to make these waffle sliders.
- Mini frozen or homemade waffles
- Whipped cream
- Strawberries and blueberries (or substitute berries of your choice)
Strawberry & Blueberry Waffle Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 16 mini frozen waffles (or homemade)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 8 blueberries
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 8 toothpicks
Instructions
- Slice strawberries and set aside.
- Toast mini waffles and transfer them to a plate.
- On one side of the waffle place a dollop of whipped cream and a couple of strawberry slices.
- Place another waffle on top making a sandwich.
- Stick a toothpick into the sandwich to secure it together and garnish with a blueberry.

When serving these you can, of course, assemble them into sandwiches beforehand but another fun way is setting up a breakfast waffle station.
