How To Make Snowman Cinnamon Rolls

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut about ¼ inch off the outer edge of each cinnamon roll to create a smaller circle for the head.

Place the rolls on the baking sheet, setting one smaller roll for the head directly above a full-size roll for the body, with the two touching.

Repeat for all snowmen, spacing them a few inches apart. Bake for 10–13 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, then let them cool completely.

Using the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls, frost each snowman generously. Stick one pretzel twist into each side of the body for arms.

Arrange five mini chocolate chips toward the bottom of the head for the mouth and two more near the top for eyes.

Add a dot of orange cookie icing in the center to make the carrot nose. Finally, press three mini M&Ms down the body for colorful buttons. Serve warm or at room temperature.

  • 12.4 oz package Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with icing (8 count package)
  • 8 pretzel twists
  • 26 mini chocolate chips
  • 12 mini M&Ms 3 each of the same colors we used red, green, blue, and yellow
  • orange cookie icing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut out about ¼ inch on the outer cinnamon roll, leaving a smaller circle for the head.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cinnamon rolls on it. You’ll set a smaller one for the head, and one for the body directly below it, touching the head. Space them a couple of inches apart.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes, until done. Allow to cool completely.
  • Using the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls, frost the snowmen.
  • Stick one pretzel into each side of the “body”.
  • Arrange 5 mini chocolate chips towards the bottom of the “head” for the mouth.
  • Squeeze the cookie icing out in the center above the mouth to make the carrot nose.
  • Arrange 2 mini chocolate chips for the eyes.
  • Line the Mini M&Ms “buttons” down the body of the snowman.

Notes

You can use different refrigerated cinnamon rolls. You would just possibly cut them differently to make the head smaller.
