Wash and dry the cucumber, then peel it and slice it into thin rounds.

Fold each salami slice in half. Take two folded slices and roll them together so they overlap a little, then gently fold the edges to form a rose-like curl. Repeat with the rest.

Slice a block of cheddar into thin pieces, trimming the edges if needed to make a curved shape. Layer the slices to look like a pumpkin, slightly overlapping each one.

Cut a small piece from the stem end of a zucchini to use as the pumpkin stem, and place it at the top of the cheddar slices.

Add the cherries to one side of the board. Arrange the salami roses and cucumbers on the other side. Place the pickled peppers at the bottom.
