Red, White, and Blue Fruit Kabobs
These red, white, and blue fruit kabobs are perfect if you need a fun appetizer to celebrate the 4th of July or Memorial Day.
They’re quick to throw together and will add a pop of patriotic colors to your celebration, plus the watermelon star is so cute!
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
- They’re a no-fuss appetizer, snack, or even light dessert that can be made last minute for your 4th of July gathering.
- You can make them all summer long, not just for the 4th of July. To make them less patriotic, cut the watermelon into small squares instead of a star shape.
- It’s both kid and adult-approved, so there is no need to bring a separate dish just for the little ones.
- You can easily customize the fruit to your tastes or what you have on hand.
- If you want to make these kebabs more savory, it’s easy to swap out the marshmallows for fresh mozzarella balls.
