Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Chop all vegetables into very small pieces and set aside.

Unroll the crescent dough sheet on a cutting board or directly on the baking sheet. Use a Christmas tree cookie cutter to cut out tree shapes, pressing and gently rocking it side to side to cut through completely.

Arrange the dough trees on the baking sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until lightly golden. Let them cool completely.

Christmas Tree Pizzas FAQs

Can I make these ahead of time?

Yes, these mini veggie pizzas are easy to prep in advance. If you’re making them the day of your party, you can assemble them completely and keep them covered in the fridge until serving.

If you’re preparing them a full day ahead, bake and cool the crescent dough trees, spread on the ranch cream cheese mixture, and store the chopped veggies separately.

Add the veggies right before serving so they stay crisp and the crust doesn’t get soft.

How should I store leftovers?

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The crust may soften slightly, but they’ll still taste great chilled.

Can I serve them warm?

These are meant to be served cold, like classic veggie pizza bites.

Can I use flavored cream cheese instead?

Yes, try garden veggie or chive cream cheese for extra flavor. If you do, you can skip or reduce the ranch seasoning to keep the taste balanced.
