8 Costco Premade Meals for Easy Weeknight Dinners

After a long day, cooking from scratch is the last thing most of us want to do, especially on a busy night. Costco’s premade meals are perfect for nights like this when you want to get a tasty dinner on the table with minimal effort.

We’ve also added quick side ideas for each one so you can pull together a complete meal in no time.

1. Enchilada Bake

It’s big enough to feed a family, or if feeding fewer people, you’ll have plenty of yummy leftovers for the next day. The sauce has just the right amount of kick.

This one is tied with the street tacos as my favorite Costco prepared meal. My brother thought it was a little on the sweet side, but I actually loved it! Have you tried it? Did you think it was too sweet?

This street taco kit comes with everything you need to make delicious street tacos the whole family will love. My husband and I really enjoyed this one. The cilantro lime crema sauce for the tacos is so tasty.

It was good enjoyed hot or cold (especially during the hot months). We actually got two dinners out of one kit, but if you’re feeding a larger group, it would be enough for only one night.
