Wild-caught Alaska Pacific cod is high in protein and full of omega-3. While you can buy fresh fish, having some frozen fish on hand is always a good idea when you need to prepare a quick dinner.

Check out the berry selection the next time you’re at Costco. These organic blueberries are tasty in oatmeal, cottage cheese, and Greek yogurt, or by themselves. Blueberries (and other berries) are high in antioxidants and healthy for you.

A two-pack of this organic salsa (38 ounces each) is only around $10 at my Costco location. You can’t beat the price, and salsa is a great way to make food more flavorful without adding many calories.

This pack has a variety of different types of tomatoes, like grape, cherry, and plum. Throw them in a salad, eat them with a healthy homemade dip, or snack on them throughout the day.

I’m a huge fan of Aidells organic chicken and apple sausage. Not only is it delicious, but it’s not as processed as other sausage brands. It has no artificial ingredients and is made with ingredients you can pronounce.

Matcha is high in antioxidants and is tasty added to smoothies, used in baking, or enjoyed as a hot drink.

By the way, adding a little almond milk or milk of your choice to a mug of matcha makes it so creamy and delicious. Make your own healthy matcha lattes at home and skip ordering them at Starbucks because they’re much higher in sugar.

Precut Mango Slices

While it might be a little pricier, buying precut fruit is an excellent option if you don’t have time to prep. You’ll always have some fresh fruit you can grab from your fridge. Costco has a lot of options for precut fruit and vegetables.

Wilde Protein Chips

So, these Wilde protein chips may be more processed than other foods on this list, but I wanted to give you plenty of options.

It’s still a healthier choice than traditional chips because it’s made with chicken breast and egg whites, so it has 10g of protein per serving.

The buffalo flavor has a nice kick and is perfect for when you’re craving something crunchy.

Walnuts (And Other Nuts)

Costco is my go-to place to buy nuts because you can get a big bag way cheaper than other grocery stores.

By the way, nuts freeze very well, so if you don’t think you’ll eat them all by the expiration date, store them in the freezer.

Raw Honey

Raw, unfiltered honey is a healthier choice than filtered honey because fewer nutrients and antioxidants get destroyed.

It’s a good option to replace white sugar, and enjoying it in moderation can satisfy your sweet tooth rather than reaching for a candy bar.

Sweet Pointed Peppers

While all bell peppers are healthy, I like these sweet pointed peppers because they’re easier to cut into bite-sized pieces. They’re so yummy dipped in hummus for a nutritious snack.

Perfect Bars

These organic Perfect brand protein bars are great in a pinch when you need a quick breakfast or snack.

If you’re craving a sweet treat, these are a healthier option to have every once in a while. Each one has 15g of protein, and you can always have half the bar, too, if you want a smaller treat.

Baby Carrots

When trying to eat healthy, keeping your fridge stocked with an assortment of veggies is always a good idea. Having already cut and peeled carrots is convenient and will save you time.

Roast them with some seasoning or eat them raw with healthy dips.

Canned Albacore Solid White Tuna

As far as canned tuna goes, I love Kirkland albacore solid white tuna in water because it’s so cheap to stock up on.

It’s a good source of protein and a wonderful way to get in your omega-3 for the day. Use it to make salads, sandwiches, or wraps.

Almond Flour Crackers

These almond flour crackers by Simple Mills don’t have a long ingredient list like some unhealthy crackers.

Instead of reaching for chips or highly processed crackers, these give you that crunch you’re looking for and have the perfect amount of sea salt added to them.

Baby Bella Mushrooms

Baby Bella mushrooms might be the tastiest superfoods ever. Throw some in a scramble, make them as a side at dinner, or add them to a salad. They’re also so yummy marinated and cooked on the BBQ.

Apple cider vinegar is a versatile ingredient to have around because you can make healthy salad dressings, sauces, and marinades with it.

I always get Kirkland brand raw and unfiltered, including the mother (which has naturally occurring probiotics).
