Cut the block of cheddar cheese into bite-sized cubes and set aside. On a 9×13-inch serving platter, begin by arranging two sprigs of rosemary at the bottom to create the base of your Christmas tree design.

Place two rows of green grapes above the rosemary, making the second row slightly smaller to begin tapering the shape. Add two small rosemary sprigs above the grapes on each side to enhance the tree’s outline.

Next, arrange two rows of red grapes, again narrowing the rows as you move upward. Fill in with another layer of green and red grapes to create depth and fullness.

Add two rows of cheese cubes in the same fashion, followed by rosemary sprigs above each side. Layer more cheese cubes for height.

Top with two rows of raspberries, then another layer of raspberries and rosemary for a bright, festive finish.

Complete the design by placing a mix of green and red grapes at the top for the tree’s peak and a single cheese cube at the bottom center for the trunk. Serve immediately or chill until ready to display.

Can I make this platter ahead of time?
Yes! You can assemble the platter a few hours or even a full day before serving. Cover it tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Everything stays fresh, though it’s best to add the raspberries right before serving so they don’t become mushy.

What other fruits can I use?
Feel free to mix it up! Strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, or blueberries all work nicely. Just aim for a good balance of red, green, and yellow for that festive holiday look.

What can I serve with this fruit platter?
