Holiday Santa Pancakes Ingredients
(Scroll down to the recipe card for the full ingredients and directions.)
- pancakes
- strawberries halves
- mini marshmallows
- banana
- raspberries
- can of whipping cream
As you can see the ingredients are very straight forward, but I have a few tidbits to add.
Pancakes
This recipe is just for decorating the pancakes.
So whether you choose to make pancakes out of the box or from scratch, either one is just fine.
Variations Of Ingredients
Feel free to vary the ingredients up. Maybe you prefer a different fruit for the eyes.
Or maybe your kids aren’t a fan of marshmallows and would rather have a whipped cream beard on their Santa.
Whatever you do will end up being great, so mix it up a bit if you have limited ingredients or want to get even more creative.
Whipped Cream
Don’t add the whipped cream until the end right before you are going to serve the pancakes to prevent the whipped cream from going flat.

Notes
How To Serve This Christmas Morning Breakfast
There are a bunch of ways to serve these Christmas pancakes. You could eat them as is, strawberries mixed with whipped cream and marshmallows are quite tasty.
Another option is your kids could eat the fruit off the pancakes and then you could just add some syrup and butter or your favorite pancake toppings.
You could also make a whipped cream beard instead of marshmallows if you just want to have strawberries and whipped cream as a topping.
Some other options are drizzling the pancakes with fresh honey or strawberry syrup. Both these toppings would be yummy with strawberries.
Whichever way you and your family eat them will be quite tasty!
