Cheap DIY Christmas Decor Idea
This Christmas arrangement would look great on the table or anywhere else you want to add a festive touch to your home!
Winter Party Centerpieces
If you’re hosting a holiday party or winter themed baby or wedding shower, these would be wonderful centerpieces as well because they are cute and inexpensive!
Tealight candles around this arrangement would be quite stunning because the light would reflect off the ornaments.
Dollar Store Centerpiece Supplies:
- Glass Vase
- Ball Ornaments: Small Size (These came in a tube & I used two packs.)
- Pinecone & Berry Glitter Stems (Used four stems)
How do you make a Christmas Centerpiece?
First, grab your vase and place your ornaments inside. I filled up my vase a little more than halfway with ornaments, but you could do a little more or less.
It doesn’t matter too much.
Before I ever place any stems into an arrangement, I always like to fluff them up a bit. You’d be surprised how much better the stems look once you spread them out a bit.
I always like to place my side stems first, then go in and place the front and back stems. Always try to place the back stem a little higher so it doesn’t get lost.
Play around with your floral arrangement until you get it how you like it. Make sure there aren’t any huge “holes” in your arrangement.
If so, fluff up some of your stems to cover it.
