Sure, there are days when you might have a lot of time to prep a keto snack recipe but many times when hunger strikes you are going to want to make something fast.

These are one of my favorite snacks and they couldn’t be easier to make!!
Easy Keto Snacks: Pepperoni String Cheese Roll-Ups
This is my go to number one snack for a reason…
They only take one minute to prep and have only one carb per serving!!
Not only that, these pepporoni roll ups will give you so much energy and prevent you from from crashing in the afternoon.
Each roll up has 10 grams of protein and 10.5 grams of fat.

You can make many different variations of this snack. Don’t love pepperoni?
No problem, here are some other meat options.
- Your favorite cold cuts (lunch meat)
Other Cheese Options
For this snack, I use regular mozzarella string cheese. You can use any cheese you like though!
- Cheddar Cheese Sticks
- Colby Jack Cheese Sticks
- Pepper Jack Cheese Sticks
There are many other types of cheese that come in stick form, those are just a few. Pick your favorite.
Pepperoni Wrapped String Cheese Snack Pointers
This is such an easy snack there really aren’t too many tidbits to share with you, but I have a couple.
Make sure you buy the large slices of pepporoni.
The little pepporoni slices that you put on pizza are too small.
(Unless you want to cut up your string cheese and make little pepperoni bites.)
Make sure you get the large slices of pepperoni. Mine were about 2″ in diameter.
Little tricks for keeping these roll ups together.
These roll ups won’t just stay together on their own. You will need to place them on a plate with the seam side down for them to stay in place.
Another option is to secure them with a toothpick.
I found when storing multiple roll ups in a Ziploc bag, they would stay together. You just need to make sure they are close together (again with the seam side down).
To keep it even more keto-friendly, make sure you don’t get reduced-fat cheese.
This of course is up to you, but getting regular cheese will give you a little more fat, which is great for your keto diet.
These will quickly become one of your favorite keto snacks!!
Keto Pepperoni String Cheese Roll Ups
- 2 Large Slices of Pepperoni
- 1 Mozarella String Cheese
- Overlap your two large pepperoni slices and place them on your plate. Place the string cheese on top of your two slices of pepperoni.
- You want the pepperoni slices to cover the length of the string cheese. If needed adjust the overlapping pepperoni so the outer edges of the pepperoni end at the edges of the string cheese.
- Roll the pepperoni slices around the string cheese. Place on a plate seam side down or secure with a toothpick to keep them together.
